“A film for you…” or how to get free tickets to the 22nd Kino Otok film festival 

Kino Otok – Isola Cinema International Film Festival, which is taking place in Izola from 10 to 14 June, invites all film lovers to join the special campaign “A film for you…“! Anyone who receives a Kino Otok postcard by post will enjoy two complimentary tickets for a screening of their choice at any festival venue in Izola.

Here’s how senders can take part:

Get your Kino Otok postcard at one of the following locations: 
– Izola: Art kino Odeon, Art café Odeon, Tourist Information Centre (TIC) Izola, Izola Library.
– Ljubljana; Kinodvor, Slovenian Cinematheque, AGRFT (Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television).

Write your message on the postcard: 
– a warm thought, a greeting, an apology or a line inspired by a film that is special to you,
– you can also follow your imagination and complete the prompt “A film for you…” in your own words.

Send your postcard by post to a friend, a crush, a grandmother, a colleague, a neighbour… and make their day a little more special.

Postcard recipients can join the campaign by emailing a photo of the postcard to blagajna@isolacinema.org, indicating which screening they would like to attend. You can then collect two complimentary tickets for the screening of your choice at the festival box office at Art kino Odeon (Ulica Prekomorskih brigad 4) in Izola, open from 8 June 2026 onwards (on 8 and 9 June from 15:00 to 19:00, and from 10 June from 10:00 to 19:00).

“A film for you…” is more than just a postcard. It is a small gesture that speaks volumes!
