The Sahrawi people have been forced to live in refugee camps in the middle of a stony desert ever since they were expelled from Western Sahara forty years ago. A group of friends are separated from the homeland they know only from their parents’ stories by a minefield and the second largest military wall in the world. Their vigorous will to live keeps clashing with the constricting physical and political limitations of reality.
