For decades, Zoe Lucas has lived in harmony with nature on a small island in the Atlantic Ocean, which she has been studying and preserving. Jacquelyn Mills follows her on her daily walks with a 16mm camera. They share a curiosity in research and art and so new projects are born. This experimental documentary is a stunning homage to nature, experiments in art and science and, last but not least, the encounter from which the film emerged.
